Refund policy

At Dov's Deals, we specialize in closeout, overstock, and limited-quantity merchandise offered at deeply discounted prices. Because many of our products are one-time buys, all sales are considered final except as described below.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the following reasons:

  • Buyer changed their mind
  • Ordered by mistake
  • No longer wanted the item
  • Found a better price elsewhere
  • Product did not meet personal expectations
  • Ordered the wrong item, size, or color

Please review product descriptions, specifications, and photos carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive a defective item, we will gladly make it right.

To request a replacement or refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Email us at help@dovsdeals.com
  • Include your order number.
  • Include clear photographs of:
    • The damaged item
    • The shipping box
    • Any damaged packaging materials

Failure to provide photographs may delay or prevent your claim from being approved.

Our Resolution

Once we review your claim, we may, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement item (if available)
  • Issue a full or partial refund
  • Provide store credit

If the item is sold out, a replacement may not be available.

Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. We will assist you where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Many items are closeouts or overstock merchandise. Product packaging may show minor shelf wear, stickers, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product. Such cosmetic packaging issues are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return or refund.
